Host your next event at Hidden Hills Farm & Vineyard! 

We are tucked away in the hills of Frederick County countryside, just 20 minutes from downtown Frederick, MD. We have an Event Pavilion, Private Trailer Bar, as well as a cozy tasting room that is a converted half of our horse barn.

Enjoy fine wines and take in the breathtaking views of rolling hills, lush forest, and acres of our grapevines!

Pricing & Specifics

  • $100/hr rental fee for use of our Event Pavilion and Private Trailer Bar.
  • We offer table and chair rentals for up to 40 people at the Event Pavilion.  For groups over 40, you will need to rent through an event rental company.  Our tables seat 6-8, $10 per table.  Chairs rent for $1 each.
  • $300/hr rental fee for use of the Tasting Room for private events (not available on Saturdays or Sundays from March to November).
  • 2 case minimum purchase 
    • wine can be consumed responsibly on-site or taken home
    • 10% discount on total wine purchase
    • 18% gratuity will be added to your total wine purchase
  • Staffing charges:
    • $30/hour for 20 guests
    • $70/hour for 21-40 guests
    • $100/hour for 41-60 guests
    • Staffing fees will start 30 minutes prior to group arrival, and end 30 minutes after departure to allow for the necessary setup & cleanup by HH or other event staff
  • Groups are welcome to bring food or use their own Frederick County licensed caterer.
  • No alcohol other than Hidden Hills is permitted on-site per MD state law.
  • Please discuss your decorations ideas with us.  Both confetti and glitter are prohibited.

*Weddings and groups larger than 60 people will require customized proposals.
